• A Message From The President

  Founded in August of 1970, R&C Tours (Guam), Inc. started its operation with a minimal of 4 employees. Its corporate office in Tokyo, Japan, R&C has focused mainly on the arrivals from Japan. In recent years, Japanese travelers have come to desire new and different types of travel. We have long recognized these changes, and continue to strive to accommodate these changes as they come. Our commitment to Travel is the satisfaction of all our guests that utilizes R&C for their travel needs.

• Our Goal

  To offer genuine reliability in our services and to satisfy the needs of our clients. It is essential for us to make sure the clients are happy and satisfied during their stay throughout their visit to Guam.

• Brief History of R&C Tours

  R&C was incorporated under the laws of Guam on May 6, 1974, and started business as a tour operator for travels to Guam. Since then, R&C began selling unit products including airline tickets and hotel accommodations. In 1999 R&C started the I-Phone Rental which rents Cellular Phones to travelers. In 2003, I-Phone Center was launched to cater to the many needs of travelers in many aspects including FIT Travelers and offering Internet access. April of 2004 usher the launching of I-Phone Lounge and GBS Travel.

• Services Provided

  R&C provides tourism-related services, and sells optional tours, travel services, the popular "Island Pass" card, tourism-related merchandise, gifts, and cellular telephone rentals. Newest addition to our services is the GBS Travel, which sells Tour Packages from Japan to Guam through the internet at http://www.gbstravel.com

• I-Phone Center

  I-Phone Center caters to the needs of travelers by opening the Center from 09:00am to 7:00pm to accommodate the travelers needs by providing our clients with hotlines to call not just from the hotel rooms but from anywhere in Guam. Our agents are standing by to assist in any logical way possible. I-Phone Center is conveniently located inside the Outrigger Hotel.

• I-Phone Lounge

  I-Phone Lounge can be found in the heart of Tumon, conveniently located at the Ground Floor of DFS Galleria. Placing I-Phone Lounge inside the DFS Galleria has helped us provide our clients with last minute assistance and allowed us to provide other services that were not available from other places on Guam. We provide Internet Stations for Web browsing.

• GBS Travel

  GBS Travel is the newest addition to many of our services that we provide our clients. By accessing the GBS Travel web page, clients will find various information regarding Guam. It also provides on-line reservation and booking system for our client's convenience. We place many unique tour packages that you may not find in other websites. Since we are located in Guam, all our packages are custom-packaged to meet our client's need from the eyes of local tour coordinators.
